Solution
Coframe partnered with this enterprise to implement a data-driven personalization strategy for fashion, grocery, consumer electronics, and gift card campaigns. The process began with segmentation analysis using existing customer data to identify high-value user groups.
Coframe's personalization system combined AI with expert oversight to generate targeted messaging for each segment. The system automatically validated all content against brand guidelines for retail while maintaining the personalized approach that drove engagement, taking into consideration previous purchase behavior, demographics, and strategic goals, such as cross-selling. All messaging passed both Coframe's compliance checks and their internal approval processes.
The experimental framework delivered compelling results: an average 68% improvement in click-through rates across all segments for these retail campaigns compared directly with in-house copy. Beyond immediate performance gains, the initiative provided valuable insights into customer communication preferences and clear indicators of effective messaging strategies. These insights about both successful and unsuccessful approaches proved particularly valuable for future optimization.

The success of the initial implementation has led to further adoption of the enhanced notification system.
